About
An overview of what our institution is about.
About Us
We are a multiservice agency responsible for the protection of children and youth; the delivery of developmental services for children, youth and adults; and the facilitation of programs and services to help strengthen families and support their learning, growth and relationships with their children.
French Language Services
Family and Children’s Services of Renfrew County actively offers services in the French language. We know that supporting our Francophone population in their own language means we can foster a better understanding of the information we share and provide a higher quality of care and services. When you call us or visit any of our locations, we will always offer you service in French. This may include connecting you with one of our French-speaking staff.
Accessibility
FCSRC is committed to supporting the full inclusion of individuals living with disabilities, and we are committed to always providing service in a way that preserves dignity and autonomy. To learn more about this commitment, please review our policy below, and our Multi-year FCSRC-AODA Plan.
